This already stunning home needed an update for the interiors, as well as an expansion of the entertaining spaces both indoors and outdoors. A brighter, fresher color palette combined with a hand-crafted limestone kitchen hood and fireplace surround updated the kitchen and created a comfortable elegance that matches the rest of the home.  A sunroom was added with brick floors and plenty of windows to let in a tremendous amount of light, as well as the view to rear of the property.   Careful consideration was taken to seamlessly blend the new structure with the old and matching bricks and a faux finish were applied to blend the new brick skirting with the existing. If outdoor entertaining at its finest is your goal, the piece de resistance of the new veranda is a custom wood fired pizza oven.  Sit back enjoy a slice or some freshly baked bread while taking in the vistas of the lagoon.
